BEDS-OMG sooo wonderful!!! Like sleeping on a cloud!! CONS: Slots are NOT very loose!! On weekends, forget about trying to sleep in your room!! Whoever came up with this DARE pool idea should be tortured!!! Wknds are hip-hop DJ's playing LOUD rap music!!! I could hear that thump-thump bass on the 16th floor. (although once the front desk accidentally gave the same room key to the guests that checked in 15 min after I did.and they walked into my room! Scared the snot out of me!! Beautiful-the furnishings are very nice, and recently updated. Pros: Safety, I feel the safest in the hotel because the elevators have security nearby. I stay at The Horseshoe 4-5 times a year.
